Dr. Rony Ambrose Gobilee is one of Malaysia's most distinguished human capital practitioners, having served as Chief Strategy Officer (Deputy Chief Executive II) at Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) under the Ministry of Human Resources, a position he held from May 2023 until recently, following over 27 years of progressive leadership within the organisation.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Dr. Rony led seven departments encompassing strategy formulation, programme development, TVET empowerment, research and analytics, innovation, policy development and international liaison overseeing the full spectrum of national workforce development at the highest level of Malaysia's human capital ecosystem.
